1. Define

The production date of the product is usually marked on the label of the product's outer packaging, shell and frame.
2. Warranty policy
2.1. Warranty period identification
2.1.1. The warranty period starts from the date of the first purchase of the product or the date of delivery of the project. If the date of the first purchase or the date of delivery cannot be confirmed, the invoice date shall prevail.
2.2 Quality standards and acceptance terms: acceptance according to industry standards, if the customer finds the variety, model, specification, and quality of the goods in the acceptance or agreement, shall properly keep the goods to ensure the integrity of the goods, and have the right to return the goods, after receiving the return of the goods, the full payment is returned to the customer within 3 days, Jia Bao shall not have any objections. If the customer fails to raise objections in time or fails to notify Jiabao within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the goods shall be deemed to be in compliance with the regulations. The customer shall not raise any objection to the deterioration of product quality caused by poor use, storage or maintenance.
2.3. Warranty and Maintenance
2.3.1. Jiabao shall guarantee the products provided for one year free of charge (excluding consumable products), and the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of product delivery. (except human and irresistible force). Warranty period Jia Bao can continue to provide paid services, the cost is borne by the customer.
2.3.2. During the warranty period, Jiabao will repair or replace the equipment failure caused by product quality problems free of charge, but for the equipment failure caused by force majeure or other non-quality problems (such as natural disasters, power supply accidents, rodents, pests, human faults, etc.), Jiabao will charge the cost price.
