Support small, medium and micro enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions in various forms. We will hold key exhibitions such as the Canton Fair, and strengthen investment promotion for overseas buyers. Guide enterprises to make full use of export credit insurance policies to enhance confidence in receiving orders.

01 Beijing

1. Beijing provides subsidies of 50%-70% of booth fees for enterprises participating in overseas exhibitions, excluding enterprise registration fees and booth construction fees. 30000/ each booth (9 square meters), enterprises can apply for multiple booths, the total subsidy does not exceed 300,000 yuan. For the return freight of large exhibits, a single exhibit reaching a volume of 1 cubic meter and a weight of more than 1 ton, can apply for subsidies, the upper limit is 50%, 100,000 yuan.

* The support rate is generally 50% of the amount required to support the content, and the support rate can be increased to 70% for expanding to emerging international markets such as Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.

02 Heilongjiang Province

1, give enterprises to participate in the offline overseas exhibition generated by the standard booth fee 70% subsidy (each exhibition no more than four standard booths, each standard booth no more than 5,000 yuan subsidy, each exhibition no more than 20,000 yuan subsidy);

2, to give enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions generated by 70% of the transportation cost of the exhibits;

3. For the international transportation expenses incurred by no more than 2 exhibitors at each exhibition, 70% subsidy will be given according to the economy class standard. Accommodation expenses shall not exceed the 70% subsidy provided by the State for public servants going abroad.

03 Jilin Province

1, a single use of the first two standard booth to give full support, the third standard booth and more than half. A single booth support does not exceed 50,000 yuan, a single support does not exceed 150,000 yuan, and the annual support does not exceed 600,000 yuan.

2, a single overseas exhibition generated exhibits transport cost subsidy is not more than 10,000 yuan, the annual accumulation is not more than 50,000 yuan.

3, subsidies for personnel costs: the actual cost is lower than the support standard, according to the actual cost support; If it exceeds the support standard, it shall be supported according to the amount of support standard. A single participation in the exhibition to give no more than 2 people cost support; The total number of annual visits shall not exceed 10.

* For travel to Russia and other CIS countries, the subsidy standard is 12000 yuan/person, except for 6000 yuan/person in Amur Region, Primorsky Frontier Region and Khabarovsk Krai.

04 Liaoning Province

1. Participate in overseas exhibition (group) projects. For enterprises to participate in the key overseas exhibitions approved by the provincial government and organized by the relevant departments of the province, the booth fee of the first 6 standard booths of the participating enterprises in the year (in order of the amount) will be 100% subsidized; Booth fees exceeding the number of the above booths shall be subsidized at a rate not exceeding 70% of the actual expenses; The sea freight incurred by the exhibitors in transporting mechanical and electrical exhibits shall be subsidized according to the proportion of no more than 70% of the actual expenses.

2. Participate in overseas exhibition (enterprise) projects. The booth fees incurred by small and medium-sized enterprises participating in other overseas exhibitions shall be subsidized at a rate not exceeding 70% of the actual expenses.

05 Zhejiang Province

According to the policy experience of Zhejiang Province over the past years, the exhibition that is basically included in the key exhibition projects by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce can reach more than 50% of the exhibition subsidies, and many exhibitions can even reach 80-100% of the cost subsidies. However, there is a large gap between the subsidy policies of overseas exhibitions in various cities in Zhejiang Province, so it is not listed in this article. 06 Fujian Province

Quanzhou City

In the notice of 'Quanzhou City Implementing the Work Plan of several Measures to Promote the Innovation and Development of Private Economy in Fujian Province' : Encourage to participate in foreign offline exhibitions by enlisting overseas partners and agents, subsidize the booth fee of enterprises by a maximum of 70%, and the maximum subsidy for a single booth is not more than 40,000 yuan; Encourage charter flights to go abroad in groups to explore international markets, and subsidize the cost of charter flights for exhibitors or business negotiations at a maximum of 50%.

Xiamen City

For foreign trade enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions in the first half of 2023, the booth fee subsidy standard has been increased to 25,000 yuan for class A and 20,000 yuan for class B, and the booth fee subsidy standard for participating in 9 key markets of the 'Belt and Road' in our city, 8 key markets of 'One country, one policy' and BRICS countries has been increased by 20%.

The cost subsidy for exhibitors will be increased to 10,000 yuan for Class A and 5,000 yuan for Class B. For participating in important exhibitions in Hong Kong in the first half of 2023 (with a white list), the booth fee subsidy standard will be increased to 18,000 yuan, and the exhibitor fee subsidy will be increased to 2,500 yuan.

Fuzhou City

Encourage our city's foreign trade enterprises with import and export performance in 2022 to participate in the provincial and municipal led groups to overseas to participate in offline exhibitions, visit customers and other activities. Enterprises participating in provincial and municipal groups to overseas exhibition, visit customers air ticket costs to give 50% subsidies. 70% subsidy will be given to enterprises participating in overseas exhibition booth fees. This policy and provincial policies can be superimposed, the total subsidy does not exceed the actual expenditure of the enterprise, and the maximum municipal subsidy for a single enterprise and a single exhibition is not more than 50,000 yuan.

07 Shandong Province

1. It is proposed to continue to give full subsidies to the exhibition booth fees of class A and B electromechanical industries, and give subsidies of no more than 90% and 80% to the exhibition booth fees of Class A and B non-electromechanical industries, respectively. Class A exhibitions are supported by provincial special funds; Class B exhibitions shall be supported by the central special fund for foreign economic and trade development, and the funds shall be allocated to each city in blocks; Class C exhibitions use the central foreign trade SME market development project funds to support, and strengthen the tracking of the use of funds in each city and make dynamic adjustments.

08 Shanghai

The maximum subsidy amount shall not exceed 50% of the booth fee, and each booth shall not exceed RMB 15,000.

09 Guangdong Province

Participating in overseas offline exhibitions: Projects participating in Guangdong Trade Global Guangdong Overseas Commodity Exhibition will be supported according to the standard that the proportion of support for each project does not exceed 80% of the actual expenditure and the maximum support amount does not exceed 30,000 yuan. For projects participating in other overseas exhibitions, the support ratio of each project does not exceed 80% of the actual expenditure and the maximum support amount does not exceed 18,000 yuan. Each company can apply for a maximum of 1 standard booth (measured by 9 square meters) per exhibition project.

10 Shaanxi Province

1, for the provincial Department of Commerce or entrusted third-party organizations to lead the organization of class A exhibitions, to give booth fees (leading enterprises each exhibition support no more than 2 booths, small and medium-sized enterprises subsidies 1 booth), public construction fees, exhibits transportation fees full subsidies (each enterprise does not exceed 5,000 yuan), subsidies will use the provincial foreign trade development special funds to support. The subsidy part of the exhibition activities is paid by the organizer in advance. After the exhibition, the relevant information submitted by the organizer is reviewed and approved by the Department.

2, for enterprises to participate in overseas B exhibitions, the booth fee shall not exceed 85% subsidy.

11 Sichuan Province

Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce on the 'Sichuan world' to support enterprises to explore the international market activities of a number of measures:

1. Booth fee. The booth fee of enterprises participating in offline overseas activities is 70% of the actual cost, the maximum support fee for each standard booth is not more than 45,000 yuan, and the number of booths for each enterprise to participate in the same exhibition is not more than 2 standard booths. The booth fee for enterprises participating in domestic offline international exhibition activities (3 standard booths for each enterprise) will be supported by 70% of the actual cost, and the maximum support fee for each standard booth will not exceed 10,000 yuan.

2. Personnel costs. The overseas expenses of participating enterprises participating in overseas activities are supported according to the standard of 18,000 yuan per person in America and Africa, 14,000 yuan per person in Europe and Oceania, 8,000 yuan per person in Asia, and 40,000 yuan per person in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Each enterprise is limited to 2 people. According to the standards of exhibitors, quota support for exhibition, inspection, promotion of enterprises 1 person/family. No booth activities need to provide a group notice from the relevant government departments.

12 Hunan Province

Support organizations or enterprises to participate in international or regional comprehensive or professional exhibitions held outside China, as well as all kinds of exhibitions held outside China with the approval of relevant Chinese authorities. Booth fee (including venue, basic booth, tables and chairs, lighting) support standard for each enterprise to apply for a standard booth (9 square meters) support 30000 yuan, on this basis, each additional standard booth support amount of 15000 yuan, up to three booths support 60,000 yuan. Group public exhibition fee (including venue, basic booth, tables and chairs, lighting) for each enterprise to apply for a standard booth support of 3000 yuan, each increase in the standard exhibition support amount of 1500 yuan, the total support amount of public exhibition fee does not exceed 10% of the support amount of booth fee. If the actual expenditure of the booth fee exceeds 10,000 yuan but is lower than the above standard, it will be supported according to the actual expenditure amount.

13 Hubei Province

Booth fee support standard According to each enterprise to apply for a standard booth (9 square meters) support of 20,000 yuan, each additional standard booth support amount increased by 10,000 yuan, a single enterprise maximum of 40,000 yuan.

14 Yunnan Province

Notice of the Department of Commerce of Yunnan Province on the issuance of Several Measures to Deal with the Impact of the Epidemic and Promote the Recovery and Development of Exhibition Activities (Trial) :

The overseas exhibition subsidy shall be based on the actual booth fee (indoor booth shall not exceed 30 square meters, outdoor bare booth shall not exceed 100 square meters), exhibition arrangement fee, international flight economy class transportation fee and personnel cost, and shall provide no more than 70% support. The departure time limit, the number of days of departure, the upper limit of countries (regions) visited and the cost standards shall be referred to the administrative personnel going abroad (territory) standards.

15 Guizhou Province

1. Subsidies for enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions to the actual booth fees (including venue, basic booth, tables and chairs, lighting 70%). The exhibition area of enterprises shall not exceed 9 square meters. A standard booth can be used by up to two exhibitors. The subsidy limit for key enterprises' booth fees is 30,000 yuan, and that for small and medium-sized enterprises is 20,000 yuan.

2, personnel costs: international round-trip economy class fees, accommodation, food and utilities 70%. The allowance limit for personnel expenses of key enterprises is 20,000 yuan, and that of small and medium-sized enterprises is 10,000 yuan.

* Each standard booth supports a maximum of 2 exhibitors, and the support days do not exceed 10 days.

16 Jiangsu Province

The Jiangsu Provincial government officially issued the 'Several policy measures to promote the first overall improvement of Economic Operation', which mentioned in article 28: Support enterprises to participate in more than 100 overseas offline key exhibitions, and coordinate the central and provincial funds to grant subsidies of up to 80% of the booth fees of outbound exhibitors.

The first and second types of key exhibitions are uniformly declared by the exhibition service providers in the provincial hall, and the enterprises are allocated after third-party audit. Enterprises participate in other overseas exhibitions by themselves, declare through the network system, and review by the provincial department after the city and county financial departments

17 Hebei Province

1. Enterprises participating in provincial key exhibitions (including participating on behalf of the exhibitors) will give 60% of the booth subsidy, and a single exhibition and a single enterprise will not exceed 100,000 yuan.

2, municipal key exhibition subsidies refer to the provincial standard subsidies, generally not less than 50%, not more than 100%.

3. Enterprises participating in other overseas exhibition activities can apply for subsidies through the SME market development fund project if they meet the conditions.
